Availability and Substitution Policy:

Items featured on this Web site may not be available in certain times of the year. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or other requested product is delivered in a timely manner. We will do our best to ensure your floral gift is as similar as possible to the requested item. If floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Delivery Policy:

• Deliveries can be made only to the continental United States.
• Sunday deliveries might not be available in most areas.
• All orders placed before 2p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped Next Day delivery.
• Changes to address information after the order has been placed will result in a $10.00 charge.
• We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO's.
• The delivery carrier will leave the package if no one is home and a signature is not required.
• Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. [Please note: Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-4 days for the hospital to process and deliver.]
